The assessment process at SOIL on the other hand tests the candidate’s psychographic profile to determine their management capability.

    What is the Eligibility Criteria for an MBA aspirant at SOIL?

    a. Students must fulfil the following criteria for the one year MBA courses – PGPM and PGPM in HR.

    • A Bachelor’s degree from any recognised institution with 50% at least in graduation.
    • Above 60% in 10th & 12th Standard Examinations.
    • 2 years+ of prior work experience.
    • Valid CAT*/NMAT/GMAT/XAT*/MAT scores are accepted. (Non-Mandatory but adds weightage to your profile

    b. Students must fulfil the following criteria for the year for the PGDM MBA course.

    • A Bachelor’s degree from any recognised institution with 50% at least in graduation.
    • Above 60% in 10th & 12th Standard Examinations.
    • Valid CAT*/NMAT/GMAT/XAT*/MAT scores are accepted.
    • Freshers and candidates with work experience UPTO 60 months can apply
    What are the due dates for application submission?

    For its MBA programs, SOIL follows a multiple cycle application model. The idea is to reduce response time and provide adequate time to the admission teams to objectively scrutinize each application.

    PGDM – Round 1- 11th December 2021, Round 2- 22nd January 2022

    PGPM – Round 1- 11th December 2021, Round 2- 22nd January 2022

    Note: The dates are indicative and can be extended at the discretion of the SOIL admissions committee.

    What is the duration of the MBA courses offered by SOIL?

    The PGDM is a two-year MBA course and is ideal for candidates who are straight out of college (freshers) or with a few years of work experience and desire to pursue a management career.

    The PGPM is a one year MBA course that mandatorily looks at a work experience of two to five years. The idea is to enable the candidate to realize their ambition and leapfrog their career.

    PGPM

    • Step 1 – Fill an online application.
    • Step 2 – Shortlisted candidates are invited to complete the SOIL Talent Appreciation Test (STAT).
    • Step 3 – A one hour interaction is conducted to assess students career goals and life summary.
    • Step 4 – A rolling personal interview process conducted by a faculty member and senior professional from the industry.
    • Step 5 – Admission results are usually made within two weeks of the interview.
