The Office of Career Services (OCS) at SOIL comprises two main branches: Career Management Services and Career Development Services. Career Management Services focuses on bringing the best companies to campus and matching student interests with hiring requirements, facilitating optimal career opportunities for students. The Career Development Services (CDS) enhances students' professional skills through six key services, including CV development, mock interviews, and alumni sessions. CDS also conducts various career-readiness activities to prepare students for the job market.

By understanding each student's unique strengths and career goals, CMS works diligently to bring on campus the best companies that match these aspirations.
