A Professor of Marketing & Social Innovation at School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), Gurgaon, India, Atindra is best described as a passionate teacher, trainer and a ‘friendly’ consultant. He is passionate about courses on Sales Force Management, Network Management & Optimization, After-Market Pricing and Return on Investment, Consumer Psychology & Buyer Behavior etc. His near two decade-long experience in the consumer industry helps bring real-life examples and practicality to his discourses. Post his industry stint, he has been facilitating courses for MBA students for the last 10 years.

Atindra is actively engaged in capability building with corporate, providing end-to-end solutions through in-depth problem diagnosis, gap analysis, designing training interventions, delivery, and post-delivery impact analysis with clients like – Mondelez, Engineer India Ltd., Numaligarh Refinery Ltd, NTTF, Pfizer, Gabriel India Ltd., Victor Gaskets, Spicer India Ltd, Perfect Circle Piston Rings etc.

He enjoys consulting start-up SMEs struggling with scaling-up their business and NGOs engaged in making this world a better place to live for all. With the help of student teams, he provides strategic inputs for business planning/modelling, go-to-market strategies, and addressing scaling up challenges. Some of the NGO he is working with are – Navjyoti, Srishti, Salaam Balak, Muskaan, Saksham, Tamana, Esha, AADI, Sarthak, NTWS, Gene Bandhu, Adharshila, Udayan Care etc. He is also a Life Member of SOS Children’s Villages, India.

An Agricultural Science graduate, majoring in Genetics, Atindra went for his MBA from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. On the way he picked up a Diploma in German Language. He is also a certified assessor of the American psychometric tool – Caliper and is a Certified Large Scale Interactive Process (LSIP) facilitator.
