Students visit companies across sectors including Radio 98.3, V3, Maruti Suzuki, and Yes Bank. At Maruti Suzuki's plant, they traced the supply chain end to end and saw Japanese lean manufacturing principles running at commercial scale. Each visit is chosen to show a different operating model like manufacturing, banking, media so that students see how the same management ideas play out under very different constraints.

Design Thinking Bootcamps put students in front of a real Gurugram-region problem and give them a compressed window to take it from field research to a working prototype. Recent bootcamps have looked at winter air quality for outdoor workers and schooling for the children of migrant construction workers with teams conducting field interviews before building anything.
In a single bootcamp, students:
Students run their own small businesses across SOIL's two campuses, from finding products and setting prices to marketing and making sales. Working with real customers gives them a practical understanding of how businesses work.
A strong business education goes beyond knowing how businesses work. Students explore how people think, societies evolve, ideas take shape, and decisions are made. This broader perspective helps them approach business and life with greater understanding and judgement.
Our foundation program aims at teaching the students the following.
Through partnerships with 25+ NGOs across Delhi NCR, including CORD and the Sanshil Foundation, students work alongside communities to understand challenges that cannot be fully understood from a classroom. In their engagement with Bagia, students experienced how access to education can go beyond textbooks, creating opportunities for children to explore sports, discover their strengths, build confidence, and imagine a different future.
We believe in holistic development through diverse learning experiences. Our unique Experiential Fridays initiative offers students a wide range of activities based on the Multiple Intelligences Model, fostering growth beyond the classroom.

Our two-year PGDM has a focus on business model creation, strategy, and innovation. We organise Design Thinking bootcamps, Innovation & Entrepreneurship electives, live startup consulting projects during Rural/Himalayan expeditions, and regular founder interaction sessions.
