He joined SOIL school of business design as Assistant Professor in Operations area on 10th March, 2022. He is about to complete his doctoral thesis on "Impact of environmental variables on the efficiency of professional services firms" from IIM Ranchi. He has presented the research works in various conferences at national/international level. He worked as a faculty/Guest Faculty at XISS Ranchi, UWSB Ahmedabad/SBU Ranchi. His research interests majorly focus on applications of mcdm/multi-objective optimization in service sectors. He is a member of IEOM, POMS, & The OR Society. His native place is Madhubani (famous for mithila art/madhubani paintings), a district in Bihar. His hobbies are writing poems/reading literature.
