Dr Pragya Sonawane is a passionate trainer with keen interest in mentoring. She believes in getting the best out of students by engaging in a mentally stimulating learning environment. Her strength lies in connecting with students and ensuring alive, fun filled classrooms. Dr Sonawane is a subject matter expert in HR and Organizational Behaviour with over 13 years of association with the subjects. She has experience in teaching at UG, MBA, Executive MBA and PhD levels across different nationalities. She has a PhD and an MPhil degree from the reputed Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and an MBA from the University of Delhi.

Her teaching interests are organizational behaviour, leadership, organizational development and change. When not teaching or mentoring, Dr Pragya loves to dote on her 14-year-old daughter and 6 year old pug. She is a caring wife, an earnest meditator and an avid reader. She is completely devoted to Sadhguru and volunteers at the Isha Foundation from time to time.
