Prof. R. Srinivasan is presently the Director of SOIL 2-year PGDM Program. Hea was a former Head & Professor at KIET School of Management, Delhi-NCR. He holds a PhD from FMS, the University of Delhi in Financial Risk Management. He has more than 32 years of experience in the IT industry, teaching, research, and consultancy. In the past he held the position of Director & Head, Amity Institute of Competitive Intelligence and Strategic Management (AICISM), Amity University, Noida; and the position of Associate Dean, NMIMS, Indore campus. In his past disposition, Dr Srinivasan had been a member of various committees such as the Faculty Recruitment Committee, Accreditation Committees, Quality Assurance and Enhancement Committee, Industry Interaction Cell, etc. Besides he has also chaired the Board of Studies, Academic Council, Quality Assurance, Disciplinary Committee, etc. He is invited as an expert by CISR-NISTADS, Govt. of India, New Delhi as an expert in their various projects. He is also invited as a subject expert by the National Institute of Smart Govt. (NISG), a Govt. of India funded body. He has worked on European Union Funded research project; and was a consultant to University of Applied Sciences, Frankfurt, Germany; Nomura Research Institute (NRI), Gurgaon; and Technova Global Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon. He had also been associated with some of leading B-Schools like IMI, New Delhi; IMT, Ghaziabad; SOIL, Gurgaon; and IILM, New Delhi, in different capacities. His teaching and research interests are Finance, Accounts, Financial Modelling, Financial Risk Management, Analytics, etc. His research papers are published in several leading International and National indexed/refereed research journals. He also has developed a case on Foreign Exchange Management.
