Dr. Vineeta Mishra is an experienced academician with over 17 years of teaching and academic leadership experience in Finance. She currently serves as Associate Professor and Associate Dean – Academics and Student Affairs at SOIL School of Business Design, Manesar. She also chairs the institution’s Internal Committee.

Her areas of expertise include Corporate Finance, Project Appraisal and Finance, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Banking, and Business Ethics. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Amity University, with her research focusing on Corporate Governance, ESG, and Socially Responsible Investments.

Dr. Mishra brings industry insight from her tenure as a Senior Analyst at Northern Trust, a global investment management firm. She has also been an academic consultant with Victoria University, Australia, since 2018, contributing to their online MBA programs in areas such as Business Ethics, Sustainability, and Advanced Finance.

Known for her commitment to academic excellence and student engagement, she is proficient in delivering courses across online, offline, and hybrid platforms and has substantial experience in curriculum design and institutional development.
