Designed the Organisational Behaviour course for Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and guided its roll-out in the initial years.
Visiting faculty in premier management institutes in Delhi in the areas of Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Asset Management, Organisational Behaviour and Organisational Change since 2001.
