Neerja brings over a decade of experience in the education sector. She graduated with a Bachelors and Masters from Lady Shri Ram College for Women. Having qualified the UGC-NET four times and a double JRF awardee, she has taught at reputed institutions and universities such as Delhi University, MDI Gurgaon, and Masters’ Union. Neerja has directly impacted the career journeys of over 5,000 postgraduate students through her work on the UNDP’s Swadisha program, focusing on work readiness and career development.

At SOIL Institute of Management, she conceptualizes and participates in career development initiatives, enabling students to successfully pursue and secure roles aligned with their aspirations. A passionate advocate for education innovation, Neerja closely follows trends in the ed-tech space, with a particular interest in emerging pedagogical methods, technology-enabled learning, and the democratization of knowledge.
