Teesta Das is a design leader and systems thinker with over 13 years of experience catalyzing change through design thinking across industries and geographies. From leading innovation strategy at corporates like Godrej to driving social impact with Quicksand and shaping design education at institutions like IIT and SOIL, Teesta brings a rare blend of creative intuition and strategic rigor. She enables individuals and organizations to unlock transformative potential through human-centered design. Her work spans UX research, systems thinking, social innovation, and curriculum development – always with a focus on meaningful, scalable impact.
