The fees and schedule of payment details for offered candidates willing to take admission for the PGPM-HR program is given below:

*Admission fee, along with the applicable service tax has to be paid at the time of offer acceptance

**The GST is payable at the time of payment with the respective fee component. Admission fee excludes your Hostel Accommodation, Books, Course Materials, Sidhbari Trip and other expenses during your stay at the campus. As per the prevailing Government of India rules, the current rate of GST is 18%.

Student Scholarships

SOIL is committed to ensuring that our program is available for the most committed and high potential leaders of tomorrow. In order to achieve this, it has allocated scholarships worth 2 crores (For all SOIL Programs) in total that are mentioned below:

NEED-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS

Amount – Upto 2 Lakhs
Applicants with family income (excluding applicant’s income) of less than INR. 10 lakh per annum

MERIT-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS

Amount – Upto 2 Lakhs
– Exceptional Students with a proven track record in academics. Total Weighted Avg.* between 82 to 90
– Students Working with Govt. organizations/PSU (GET or above cadre)
– Extracurricular activities- Winner at National or International Levels
*Weightage Avg. formula: [10th*0.25 + 12th*0.25 + Graduation*0.5] all scores should be converted to a scale of 100 before applying the formula

CAPT. VIKRAM BATRA SCHOLARSHIPS FOR DEFENCE

Amount – Upto 2 Lakhs
Students from the Armed Forces, Students whose parents have served in the Defence Services of India

DR. VERGHESE KURIEN SCHOLARSHIP

Amount – Upto 2 Lakhs
Constituted in the honour of Dr V Kurien, the father of the White Revolution in India and is given to the wards of farmers to pursue the PGPM HR program. Those students who meet the following criteria can apply – Ward of a Farmer with annual income below 5 lacs.

UNIQUE ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

Amount – Upto 2 Lakhs
This scholarship recognizes students with outstanding accomplishments in sports, fine arts, social work, or similar fields. It also honours leadership in NGOs, and initiatives like Teach for India or AIESEC. Candidates who have earned awards, demonstrated social impact, or shown leadership are eligible, to celebrate both personal or professional excellence and contributions to society.

What are the other financial aids available for students?

SOIL, apart from providing scholarships, assists students in securing educational loans for their PGPM program. We have partnered with the following banks for loans.

What is the maximum family annual income of a student to be considered eligible for scholarships?

Apart from Need based scholarship, other scholarships doesn’t shortlist students based on family income.

The maximum family income to be eligible for Need-based scholarship is 10 Lakhs or less.
How will the scholarships be provided?

The scholarship amount will be adjusted in your PGPM course fee.

1) Students who are granted scholarships have to work for 5 hours in a week as Research Assistant

2) The amount of scholarship given to the student depends solely with the Scholarship Committee.
