Swami Swaminathan is the Executive Chairman of Manipal Health Enterprises a leader in the Healthcare Industry in India with 15 hospitals, 5000 beds connecting with over 2 million patients annually, supported by over 2000 doctors and over 6000 Nurses and support staff.

Swami is now responsible to guide the growth of the company with its plans to enhance growth in the cities that it is already present in and enter newer geographies both in India and overseas achieving world-class excellence and recognition as a globally respected healthcare corporation.

Swami has over 35 years of rich and varied experience in General Management, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, International Trading and Human Resources Management. He has performed multiple roles in Sales, Marketing and Operations, leading global teams in the Automobiles, Consumer Durables, Technology, Manufacturing and Services industries. He has also been associated with infrastructure projects in India and overseas.
Prior to joining Manipal Health Enterprises, he was the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Infosys BPO (a fully owned subsidiary of Infosys Ltd) with annual revenues of over 600 Million dollars.
