The essence of SOIL Institute of Management lies in what the founder envisioned 15 years ago. Inspired Leadership.
A moment of epiphany then and a realization now that there is indeed a better way to deliver business leadership skills relevant to the individual. Today, in the context of the evolving dynamics of the global and national environments traditional management education models are often found wanting.
The need was to create a learning environment/ecosystem which captures the best of both the oriental and occidental, proactively engages the best of industry and academia and one which fosters holistic development of an individual. SOIL Institute of Management aims to do that.
The programs are designed to nurture value-based future business leaders, capable of managing complex cross-functional needs of the industry and focusing on the human capital- the most important asset of any business. Our programs are designed with this in mind. The unique curriculum and its delivery will complement your learning, transform your thinking, challenge your views and empower you to be a future business leader with a broad, inclusive perspective and that leaders are valuable contributors to society at large.
We are often reminded that business leadership is a race. At SOIL Institute of Management, we redefine “race”. We teach Resilience. We foster Adaptability. We value Courage and Conviction and Compassion. Enthusiasm is embedded in our vision. We encourage Entrepreneurial thinking. These value propositions form the bedrock of SOIL Institute of Management. It will be a journey of self-discovery, skill development and preparation for you to be a successful business leader.
I welcome you to be a part of this journey.
