At SOIL, our USP has been the outstanding learning experience which we provide to the students who have consistently rated us as one of the highest in the industry on this score. This has been made possible through our innovative cutting-edge curriculum delivered by well-renowned faculty through a unique creative pedagogy.
In line with this, we were one of the first B-schools in India to introduce Design Thinking in our curriculum a few years back when the trend was just emerging on the global platform. We were also the first one to have introduced the Analytics specialization track in our Business Leadership Track as embedded with general management application.

We now believe that in the current Digital industry landscape, knowledge and management orientation of emerging technologies is very critical for a management graduate. While courses on this were introduced in the curriculum some time back, we are now planning to launch a separate specialization track in this area. The broad themes will cover the application and impact of digital and emerging technologies (AI, IoT, AR/VR, etc.) in various business areas.

Courses in this track will attempt to cover relevant aspects of digitisation to business. They will, therefore, move from general business application to specific emerging technologies as applicable to business, to its impact on various business functions (marketing, finance, HR, operations etc.) and finally to society and human aspects of digitisation. The last part is critical as SOIL philosophy rests on ensuring the overall well-being of businesses including their impact on society, nation and planet.

- Digital workplaces and Reskilling & Retooling HR
- Leveraging Fintech
- Digital Analytics
- Human and Machine Interface
- Ethics of Digitisation
- Live Projects
The Digital Specialization track aims to prepare students for careers paths that extend far beyond traditional roles in Corporate IT Departments & companies, including novel roles such as: Innovation Manager, Digital Strategist, Digital Designer, Information Officer, Technology Officer, Digital Officer, Digital Brand Manager, Head of Digital Platforms, Digital Marketing Manager, Content Acquisition Manager, Digital Transformation Officer, and so on. It would also enhance the employability prospects of students for existing roles in various functions and industries which increasingly require the knowledge of digital aspects.
