Management professionals witnessed a significant gap between theoretical knowledge gained in academic settings and the practical learning required for real-world applications. While the classroom environment provided a solid foundation, the challenge lay in translating concepts into tangible skills demanded by dynamic business landscapes. Bridging this gap became imperative to ensure that graduates were well-equipped to navigate the complexities of their chosen fields and make effective contributions in professional settings.

To fill this void

The SOIL Institute of Management, established in 2008 by Shri Anil Sachdev, CEO of Grow Talent Ltd emerged as one of the foremost B-schools in India, distinguished by collaborating with 32 prominent companies and backed by 25 NGOs. It emerged with a vision to cultivate leaders imbued with character, competence, and a powerful alumni network. SOIL Institute of Management collaborated with corporate leaders and spiritual visionaries to address the formidable challenge of reshaping the current reality of the professionals, for a brighter future.

The learning methodology in SOIL’s one-year MBA – PGPM program is designed to instill this inspiration in future business leaders, encouraging them to contribute to the triple bottom line of social well-being, ecological sustainability, and shareholder value.

I embarked on a remarkable professional journey that reflects my commitment to excellence. Commencing at Genpact, Bangalore, I assumed the role of Assistant Manager in Human Resources, dedicating nearly three years to honing my skills and contributing to organizational success. Subsequently, I transitioned to Goldman Sachs, where my unwavering dedication and strategic expertise propelled me through six years of impactful service. Currently based in California, USA, I hold the esteemed position of Vice President in Human Resources at Goldman Sachs. My journey stands as a testament to the caliber and global impact of SOIL alumni in the realm of Human Resources.
