Is an MBA worth pursuing after Covid 19, Big Yes!

We’ve all heard of the saying, “When the going gets tough, the tough get going” Covid-19 has put people to test in all aspects, however, in the case of lack of clarity with respect to career choices, it is best to focus on knowledge and skill building, which may entail going back to the classroom to prepare oneself for the unforeseen future. In this light, MBA is a great idea any time. Be it covid-19 or any other time in life, as MBA does not teach us just technical skills. It equips us with life skills. Skills that are most important in any phase of our working career, and through ups and downs. MBA if done from the right institute, can help pilot one’s career in the direction of choice.

In fact, the emergence of the pandemic has led to the rise in popularity of online programs. Even employers have realized the importance of hiring candidates with the right set of skills instead of just focusing on the mode of the program or the pedigree of the institutions. Interestingly, according to the Graduate Management Admission Council’s 2020 annual survey, online MBA applications rose by 43.5%. Therefore, an MBA would be worth it.

You Can Review Lessons – If you are unclear about the course material or have questions about what is said in the lesson, you can always go back and review it. This makes it easier to study for the quizzes and use the material in the articles, as everything the teacher has discussed is fully available to you as a video recording.

All the documents are at your fingertips from anywhere – students with busy lives will appreciate the flexibility of the online portion of a hybrid course. You can literally read the built-in lesson materials and watch the lessons from anywhere with an internet connection, such as during their lunch break after work.

You can learn on your own pace – Although you may have to attend a few classes in person, much of each class is online only, meaning that students who are busy can work on the material in the evenings or when they have time.
