This Program enables students to explore their values through theater, develop their Emotional Intelligence through the Social Innovation Program in which student teams work with NGOs on day in a week, learn how to learn by starting a practice of reflection and discover ways to leverage their own strengths to give wings to their dreams.

The design involves understanding all aspects of business so that each student can learn how to be a successful Business Partner, learn every aspect of HR from Employer branding to Talent Acquisition to Capability building, Employee Engagement, Compensation, Diversity and Inclusion and Organizational Transformation.

What is the eligibility criteria for an MBA in HR?

To be eligible for admissions into SOIL’s PGPM HR program, a student must fulfill the following criteria.

A Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised institution with at least 50% in graduation

Greater than 60% in 10th & 12th Standard Examinations

Freshers and graduates with work experience can apply

Desire to become a HR leader in the future

Valid CAT*/NMAT/GMAT/XAT* scores are accepted for PGPM-HR (Non-Mandatory but adds weightage to your profile)
