Dr. Rajwinder Kaur, a Ph. D. in Management from Nirma University holds over 09 years of industry, research, and academic experience. She began her academic journey with Institute of Management, Nirma University as assistant professor and now is associated with SOIL School of Business Design. Her professional horizon holds teaching and developing courses in Human Resource Management and Organisation Behaviour Area. With the passion to teach and guide students, She demonstrates the ability to connect with them and motivate them.

Her research interest is in the areas of Employer Branding, Employee Attractiveness, Employee Engagement, Recruitment and selection, and Collective Intelligence. She has attended various national and international conferences and published papers in Scopus and ABDC indexed journals. She has also written case studies which have been published by ET cases and IMT case journal.
