Dr. Tulika Mukherjee is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management. She has attained her doctoral degree in Management from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IITR) on "Job Crafting and its Impact on Employee Behaviors." Her research interests encompass topics such as positive organizational scholarship, employee resilience, and employee proactive and extra-role work behaviors.

She has actively contributed to the academic community, presenting her research at notable national and international conferences, including the International Congress of Psychology (ICP), the Asian Conference on Psychology & Behavioral Sciences (ACP), the AIMS International Conference on Management, IIM Kozhikode, and the National Academy of Psychology (NAOP) Conference.

In addition to her conference presentations, Dr. Mukherjee is an active member of the British Academy of Management (BAM), contributing to the ongoing discourse in her field. Her scholarly work is well-recognized, with publications in reputed journals. Her research endeavors not only advance academic knowledge but also provide valuable insights for practical applications in enhancing workplace dynamics and employee work experiences. Her teaching interests include Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, and Positive Organizational Scholarship.
