Dr. Narendra Singh Chaudhary has more than 12 years of experience in the field of management education. He has done his PhD in the field of Human Resource Management from Punjabi University, Patiala. He has worked with various organizations of repute like Symbiosis International University, Amity University, Lovely Professional University and many more before joining the Soil School of Business Design. His research interests lie in the domain of HRM and OB on topics like whistleblowing intentions, higher education, research in higher education, LGBT and allied areas. He has published many articles in the journal of repute listed in Scopus and ABDC, ESCI etc. like International Journal of law and Management, Journal of Applied Research in Higher Education, Human Resource Management International Digest, International Journal of Learning and Change, International Journal of Business and Globalisation to name a few. He has published cases in Case Centre and articles in leading HR Magazines regularly along with book chapters with leading publishers like Taylor and Francis, IGI Global. He has edited books and currently acting as a guest editor for many journals listed in Scopus and ABDC. He is a reviewer of many reputed journals like Current Issues in Tourism, Gender in Management: An International Journal, Business Process Management Journal, to name a few. He is a Member of the Editorial Review Board of Society and Business Review-Journal published by Emerald and indexed in ABDC-B Category, ESCI, ABS and many more. He is a certified Publons Academy Peer Reviewer. He has been invited as a guest speaker to deliver an Expert Lecture in both national and international universities research methodology, human resource management and allied areas. His teaching areas are Human Resource Management, Organisation Behaviour, Industrial Relations, Cross-Cultural Management, Talent Management and Economics.

  • Worked as Faculty of Human Resource Management in SCMS, Noida Constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune from November 1, 2014, till date till May 11,2022.
  • Worked as Visiting Faculty of Economics with Amity University, Noida as a (From December 17, 2013, till date).
  • Worked as Assistant Professor with Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar (Punjab) as a Faculty of Human Resource Management (From July 21, 2012, till November 30, 2013).
  • Worked as an External Examiner for GBTU, Lucknow and MTU, Noida.
  • Worked with Rajeev Academy for Technology & Management, Mathura part of (GL Bajaj Group of Institutions) as a Faculty of HR and Finance (From year Dec 21, 2009, till Jan 3, 2012) and involved in conducting PDP classes and guiding the research projects at post-graduate Level.
  • Worked as a PGT Commerce with BGIS, Vrindavan from July 01, 2009, to Dec 20, 2009
  • Worked as a Faculty of English with KMPS, Mathura (From April 15, 2006 – July 23, 2007) and hold the key responsibilities of Class-teacher and House Associate, and conducting PDP classes, respectively.
