Questions To Help You Crack The SOIL Talent Appreciation Test

    1. What is the perfect time to start with the application form-filling process?

The MBA application process is lengthy. There is a lot to accomplish, and if you want to succeed, you should properly plan and manage the process. I would suggest not leaving it to the last minute or postponing any portion of the application process. of course, there is no perfect time to start with the process, but because the process takes time and can be stressful at times so, getting started as soon as possible is advisable. One must also have a good strategy to start with. The strategy should encompass all aspects of the application process, including competitive examinations, references, essays, and more, and ideally include a time management plan with interim deadlines to help you get through it easily.

    2. What should I consider before and while filling out the SOIL application form?

Spend time knowing your own self and work on your skills accordingly. You must have a decent idea about your career goals and what you want to pursue in an MBA from SOIL. You should be able to convince the admissions team why you are a suitable candidate for this program. Your personality, aspirations, ambitions, and goals are all displayed in your CV and essays. Write them in the best possible way, making sure to include all of the pertinent information about yourself. Along with this, you must start working on your recommendations. Make sure you get recommendations from people who know you well, rather than from those who may have only met you once or twice. Spend a good time on essays as they show your thinking abilities and how well can you portray your views. I kept a few days in hand to work on essays before the deadline so that I could work on the content properly? Once you are ready with all this, you can complete filling out your application form easily yet perfectly.

    3. How should I prepare for the SOIL Talent Appreciation Test (STAT)?

STAT test is one of the most important and unique parts of SOIL’s application process. You just have to be yourself throughout the test as it measures your personality, skills, strengths, and your leadership mindset. You actually might not require any preparation for it as it is all about you and your personality. I just had one strategy which was, to be honest, and real throughout the test.

    5. How can I ace the Personal Interview?

If your application is strong enough, you will be selected as one of the few applicants to go to the last stage of the process: the interview. This is your last chance to put your best foot forward. During the interview, you will be the center of attention, so is prepared to answer any questions about yourself, your personality, and your professional accomplishments, aspirations, and ambitions. I would suggest you do a few mock interviews so that you can be confident enough and just be honest. If you have work experience, share that in a well-rounded manner, and if you have a gap year, just be honest about it and try your best to explain it. In the end, be yourself and do your best.
